Article 2 – Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to every offer made by the entrepreneur and to every distance contract and order concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer.

Before the distance contract is concluded, these Terms & Conditions will be made available to the consumer. If this is not reasonably possible, it will be stated where the Terms & Conditions can be reviewed and that they will be provided free of charge upon request.

If the contract is concluded electronically, the Terms & Conditions may be made available digitally in a manner that allows the consumer to store them on a durable medium.

If additional product- or service-specific conditions apply, the consumer may rely on the provision that is most favorable to them in case of conflict.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain fully effective.

Situations not covered by these Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with their spirit and intent.

All offers are non-binding and subject to change.

Product descriptions are accurate and detailed to allow proper evaluation. Images are indicative and may differ slightly from the actual product, including color variations.

Obvious errors or mistakes do not bind the entrepreneur.

Each offer clearly states:

  • The price (excluding import duties, customs fees, and import taxes)

  • Shipping costs, if applicable

  • Payment, delivery, and fulfillment methods

  • Whether the right of withdrawal applies

  • The contract formation process

  • Accepted languages

The entrepreneur may refuse an order if there are valid reasons related to payment ability or availability.

All agreements are subject to product availability.

Article 5 – Right of Withdrawal

Consumers may cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing a reason.

Products must be returned unused, in original condition, and with all accessories and packaging where reasonably possible.

The consumer must notify the entrepreneur in writing (email) within 14 days and return the product within the following 14 days.

Failure to comply with these timelines finalizes the purchase.

Article 6 – Costs in Case of Withdrawal

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receipt of the returned item or valid proof of return.
