Return Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your purchase, without providing any reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.

Once the return is approved and received in good condition, you will receive a full refund of the purchase amount, including the original shipping costs.

The cost of return shipping from your address to our warehouse is your responsibility. Please consult your carrier’s website for the exact return shipping rates.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all supplied accessories and, where reasonably possible, in its original condition and original packaging.
